Join us for Critter Checkup on Saturday, February 22 from 10am-1pm.
Show your plush stuffed animals some love — bring them to the Nature Center for a veterinary check up! Our veterinarians and vet assistants will be on hand to give your loved plush animal an annual exam, with the assistance of the animal’s owner.
Please note that this is a ‘wellness clinic’! Plush animals with actual injuries or in need of repair should visit an urgent care facility.
This is an indoor event.
One animal per participant. Participants can bring their own stuffed animal from home, or purchase a plush animal from the gift shop. You can also receive a plush for adopting an animal for one year starting at the $50 donation level.
Tickets must be purchased online IN ADVANCE for each child participating. Ticket sales will end at midnight on Thursday, February 20.

Members- Children (ages 3-15): $8
Members- Adults (16 and up)- FREE!
Includes admission into the WNC Nature Center.
