In this two hour workshop, we will explore how we can discover meaning through movement. We frequently work to make sense of the questions in our life using our rational intellectual minds. However, there is meaning to be discovered through our emotional and kinesthetic experience in the world. By reflecting on our own experiences, we will move into them, and see what we can learn when we literally move through them
